PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CURRENTLY ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES
We aim to deliver most items within 2-4 working days but our system does not run on real time so is manually updated daily, therefore on occasion an item may be out of stock. In such circumstances we will contact you the customer via e-mail to inform you that the item you require is currently out of stock and give you an estimated delivery date.
Most items can be re-stocked within 48 hours but on occasion longer lead times can occur, if we have to contact you to inform you an item is currently unavailable you will be offered the option of having your order fulfilled when the item becomes available or if more convenient to you the outstanding item can be deleted from your order and a refund will be issued on the next working day.
Goods Damaged in Transit:
ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY’S PACKAGING THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING
If your delivery’s packaging is damaged in any way, sign for it as ‘Damaged’ and report any subsequent damage to the product to us immediately.
If your delivery’s packaging has been damaged with noticeable damage to the product inside, you must NOT sign for it, you must reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
Most of the products offered for sale on this site is delivered direct from the manufacturer on a 3-5 working day basis, however, during certain times and with some items, we can offer next day delivery, if this is the case, the customer will be notified via e-mail and or text message to your mobile. It is important that the customer makes provision to receive the goods on the day of delivery, failing to do so may incur a further charge for redelivery.
Deliveries to the highlands, Ireland and off shore islands may incur an extra delivery charge. If you are a customer from these regions, please feel free to e-mail us with any enquiries relating to this.
Delivery of goods:
All deliveries must be signed for by the customer. Deliveries will not be left without a signature, the courier will leave a calling card with contact details of the local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Should the delivery not be made the second time the goods will be returned to the supplier and an additional delivery charge will be made to re-dispatch the goods.

ALL PRICES SHOWN DO INCLUDE VAT OR CARRIAGE. ALL PRICES SHOWN ARE CORRECT AT TIME OF PUBLISHING AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
CHARGED AT THE CURRENT RATE OF 20% TO CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.
WE ACCEPT VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS. WE ALSO ACCEPT SWITCH DEBIT CARDS. WE WILL REQUIRE THE FULL CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE, ISSUE NUMBER AND CARDHOLDERS FULL STATEMENT ADDRESS DETAILS. FOR SALES IN EXCESS OF £100, WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO THE CREDIT CARD ADDRESS.
WE ALSO ACCEPT BANK TRANSFERS – PLEASE CONTACT US FOR OUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS.
OUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
IF FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN INABILITY OR FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURERS OR SUPPLIERS OF THE GOODS TO SUPPLY THE GOODS TO US, WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE GOODS TO YOU, WE MAY CANCEL THE AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED BY GIVING NOTICE TO YOU. WE SHALL PROMPTLY REPAY TO YOU ANY SUMS PAID BY YOU OR ON YOUR BEHALF UNDER OR IN RELATION THE AGREEMENT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE WHATEVER ARISING FROM SUCH CANCELLATION.
BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS PLEASE READ ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
GWENT VW MUST BE INFORMED IN WRITING OR EMAIL(INFO@GWENTVW.CO.UK) OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU WISH TO RETURN FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS COMMENCING THE DAY OF DELIVERY.
EITHER THE RELEVANT INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL ITEMS RETURNED OR APPROPRIATE PROOF OF PURCHASE (IE CREDIT CARD SLIP)
ALSO PRIOR TO RETURN YOU MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURNS NOTICE NUMBER. THIS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM OUR STAFF AND USED WITH ALL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING THE RETURN.

PARTS ORDERED TO CUSTOMER’S SPECIFICATION CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THE GOODS ARE NOT OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE OR NOT AS ORIGINALLY DESCRIBED
ALL ORDERS RETURNED WITH 7 WORKING DAYS (COMMENCING THE DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, SEE RETURNS PROCEDURE) WILL BE CREDITED IN FULL.
ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY SUPPLIED AND ARE CANCELLED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% MINIMUM HANDLING CHARGE.
ANY SHORTFALL OR DAMAGES TO GOODS MUST BE NOTIFIED AS SOON AS IS REASONABLY POSSIBLE FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.
SPECIALLY ORDERED PARTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
ALL PARTS BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION. ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN FITTED, HAD SEALANT/GREASE APPLIED OR THE PACKAGING DAMAGED.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO THE SELLER BY REGISTERED POST OR BY OTHER MEANS THAT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS AT THE SELLERS WAREHOUSE OR RECEPTION.(BUYER IS LIABLE FOR ALL COSTS)
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGE UNITS, WHICH ARE CONSIDERED TO BE IN AN UNSERVICEABLE CONDITION.
SURCHARGES MUST BE PAID UPON PURCHASE OF THE UNIT AND WILL BE REIMBURSED ONLY IF AND WHEN THE SURCHARGE DEPARTMENT ACCEPTS THE UNIT.
WE ACCEPT NO CLAIM FOR LABOUR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF GWENT VW UNTIL PAID FOR AND PAYMENT RECEIVED IN FULL.
ALL PRODUCTS INTENDED TO BE PAINTED MUST BE TRIAL FITTED TO VEHICLE PRIOR TO PAINTING.
Any item painted will not be accepted for refund in any circumstance.Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery.
